Regional Manager
We want RoyalPay to feel at home in more countries. As Regional Manager you will take responsibility for one region, understand how people there manage their money, and build the relationships, partnerships and community that help RoyalPay grow there.
What you will do
- Own RoyalPay’s growth in your region, from the first plan to results
- Find and build partnerships with employers, financial educators, banks and fintechs
- Represent the company at events, in the press and with local partners
- Bring local needs back to the product: languages, banks, statement formats and habits
- Work with marketing and compliance so that what we do locally fits local rules
What we look for
- Several years in business development, partnerships or market expansion
- Deep knowledge of your region, its people and its financial landscape
- Fluent English and the main language of your region
- Independence: you can build something from a blank page
- Integrity: you promise only what we can deliver
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking or consumer apps
- Existing contacts among financial institutions or large employers
- A product launch in a new country behind you
